Smart Geeks provides tech repair services including but not limited to: smartphone repair, tablet repair, laptop repair, desktop repair, gaming console repair, printer and peripheral support, and device buy/sell/trade programs. All services are provided subject to availability and parts availability.
All price quotes are estimates and may change based on actual diagnosis. A minimal diagnostic fee applies for complex issues. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where required by law.
All repairs are backed by a 30-Day parts and labour warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage after service, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims must be accompanied by original repair receipt.
Diagnostic services are available for all devices. A minimal fee applies for complex diagnostics; this fee is waived if you proceed with a repair. Diagnostic results remain the property of Smart Geeks and may be shared with third-party repair networks if escalated.
Devices left with Smart Geeks are handled with reasonable care. While we maintain secure premises, we are not liable for loss due to events beyond our control including theft, fire, or natural disasters. Customers are encouraged to back up data before service.
Smart Geeks handles customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not access, copy, or share personal data unless required to complete the requested service or comply with legal obligations.
Devices accepted for buy/sell/trade are inspected upon receipt. Final valuations are confirmed post-inspection. Once a trade-in or sale is completed, the device becomes property of Smart Geeks.
Smart Geeks's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the diagnostic fee. Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after service completion will be subject to storage fees of $5/day and may be disposed of in accordance with BC's Unclaimed Property Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surrey, BC.

Business IT services (including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and vCIO consulting) are provided on an "as-is" basis except as expressly set out in a separate service level agreement (SLA). Where an SLA applies, the warranty terms in the SLA govern. Smart Geeks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of IT systems beyond what is specified in the applicable SLA.
All proposals, reports, configurations, and documentation prepared by Smart Geeks for business clients remain the intellectual property of Smart Geeks unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client data and device contents remain the property of the respective client or device owner.
